We are a band of tech adventurers, growing together, tackling diverse challenges, and mastering an arsenal of tools in the realm of IT.

What You’ll Do and Your Tools:

As a Helpdesk Tech at FinGarde, your role will be crucial in ensuring smooth IT operations and excellent client support. Each day, you’ll handle tasks such as:

  • Answering client calls, tickets, and emails, providing support, and fostering strong relationships through white-glove service and clear communication.
  • Managing a variety of systems including Microsoft 365, Azure, Duo, Proofpoint, and more. Training will be provided, so eagerness to learn is key!
  • Troubleshooting issues related to computer hardware, software, and cloud applications, ensuring clients have minimal downtime.
  • Participating in team efforts for non-technical tasks, such as data entry and documentation, demonstrating your versatility.
  • Occasionally traveling to client sites to provide hands-on support, ensuring our commitments are met with the highest standard of service.
